āFamiliar Places: The Green Dronesā is an iteration of the project "X Marks the spot", a durational and multifaceted site-specific project that presents an alternative and augmented cartography of Belfast. āFamiliar Places: The Green Dronesā compiles some of the recordings captured during "X Marks the Spot" (2013-2018), and sets them in close dialogue with recent field recordings of Belfastās sonic environment.
